Refugees must have leave to remain or indefinite leave to remain and migrants must be in receipt of a benefit. We are not able to help customers who do not have access to public funds.
In addition all residents must match one of the below criteria and live within the Newcastle City Council boundaries:

What help is available for young people in Newcastle?
There are many people who can help you depending on who works in your area both in and out of school. It is alo important that you can talk to someone you can trust, so even if they do not specialise in the issue you want to talk to them about they would still be able to to refer you to the right person whilst supporting you along the way. Every school has Connexions Personal Advisers and the Youth Service has Youth Workers that work both in and out of school.
I don't have the relevant experience for the job/university course I want to do, what help is available?
Additional qualifications or work experience are often what can make a difference. You can organise this yourself or a project such as Sat Nav to Success may be able to help you. Go to their website for more details at www.satnavtosuccess.co.uk
